HCM Implementation Consultant

Supporting Sage HCM deployments for customers across Canada, the full-time remote HCM Implementation Consultant will provide consulting, training, and support to enhance HR, payroll, onboarding, and performance management processes. Key responsibilities Provide consulting and training for successful implementation of Sage's cloud-native HCM solution Collaborate with HR and operations leaders to analyze client requirements and processes Configure and customize HCM modules based on customer needs and implementation goals Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation or related experience leading HCM deployments Experience with core HR and payroll systems as a system implementer, consultant, or administrator Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration, or technology is an asset A consultant's mindset with a focus on efficient processes and customer empathy Bilingual communication skills in English and French are a strong asset
