General Laborer
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8am-4:30pm
TDL Staffing is hiring a dependable General Laborer to support restoration and demolition projects in the Fairbanks area. This position involves removing damaged building materials, clearing work areas, loading debris for disposal, and assisting restoration crews with a variety of hands-on tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, works well as part of a team, and can follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove damaged building materials and contents from residential and commercial properties
- Be able to understand the issues around water and fire damage
- Load, unload, and transport materials for disposal
- Assist with demolition, cleanup, and restoration projects
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Able to take direction and is trainable
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in restoration, construction, demolition, or cleaning experience is a plus
