Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 2 Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the State of Virginia; successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is a nice-to-have
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents patient progress accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, manages professional development, and adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards. Demonstrates commitment to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
