Job Description

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional delivery position based in Oxford, MS. This full‑time role offers a predictable schedule, consistent miles and weekly home time, together with competitive compensation and employee benefits.

Route and schedule

Position based in Oxford, MS; dedicated lane originating in West Memphis, AR, serving TX, OK, TN, AR, LA and MS
Average: 3 loads per week with approximately 3 stops per load
Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34‑hour reset

Equipment and freight

Sleeper automatic tractors pulling 53' dry trailers
Dry freight; primary unloading performed using roller conveyor systems
Typical backhauls include no‑touch live loads to the distribution center

Compensation and benefits

Average weekly pay: $1,400 via direct deposit
Stop pay: $150 per load

Primary responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance expectations
Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation
Operate roller conveyor unloading equipment as required and follow safe handling procedures
Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers and maintenance
Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards to ensure damage‑free deliveries
Secure and park tractor/trailer at an approved, safe location near Oxford, MS when required

Minimum qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
Able to pass DOT physical exam and pre‑employment drug screening
Ability to operate roller conveyor equipment and perform related duties
Reliable, professional attitude and demonstrated strong work ethic
