Assistant Parts Manager
Our company is seeking a skilled Assistant Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong background in parts sales. As an Assistant Parts Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts for their vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked
- Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and parts trends
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the parts department runs smoothly
Requirements
- Previous experience in parts sales or a related field, but we are willing to train the right person
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in parts sales
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
