As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehab unit, you will play a crucial role in assessing and addressing the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons
• Using clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions
• Contributing to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
• Meeting core measure responsibilities related to patient care
• Participating in continuing education to enhance your skills
• Maintaining complete and accurate medical records

Requirements for this role include:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Need 1 year experience in setting
