Key Responsibilities Conduct speech therapy sessions, focusing on patient goals and progress. Use AI technology to capture accurate session details in real-time. Document therapy outcomes, monitor progress, and comply with care plans. Build trust and connection with patients by minimizing distractions during care. Education And/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Required – completes necessary education to attain Speech Therapy license in the state of California. Required – Master's Degree Speech Language Pathology, Communication disorders, or related field. Minimum of one year of experience in a home health setting preferred.
