Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of lawn maintenance technicians.
• Plan and execute daily lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging and trimming.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high service standards.
• Communicate effectively with management to understand clients needs and provide solutions.
• Manage equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and route planning for efficient service delivery as needed.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment among crew members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care techniques, and equipment operation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
