Sterile Processing Technician at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Night shifts. Under supervision the Central Tech II processes, sterilizes equipment and instrumentation. The Tech II issues and receives supplies and equipment according to established procedures and maintains an accurate inventory to reflect a real-time status. Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Must have successfully completed a recognized Central Service Technician course and keep Continuing Education Units (CEU) updated and on file. * National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association within 1 year of hire * National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution within 1 year of hire

• 2 years Experience in Central Service.
• Experience in general office practices and procedures, purchasing practices,

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
