We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team. Join our team at Regency Village at Bend as a Cook and play an integral role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our residents. If you are passionate about food, teamwork and making a difference in the lives of our seniors through great food and amazing service, this is the job for you! As a cook, you will prepare and serve meals, oversee foodservice operation, and ensures adequate food and supplies are available. You Will Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe. Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas Comply with state sanitation codes Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed You Currently Can obtain Food Handler's card. Meet all mandatory health requirements by State regulations Typical candidates have one year of cooking experience. Read, write, speak and understand English.
