Job Summary Mercyhealth has an exciting full‑time Nurse Practitioner (NP) opportunity to join our Rheumatology team in Rockford, Illinois. This position allows you to build your individual schedule and practice as an employed provider, collaborating with a physician partner, operational leaders, and support staff. Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care within the Rheumatology specialty. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care. Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and communication. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP program. Hold an active state APRN license. Skilled at providing exceptional care and communicating clearly. Ability to work as a member of a team. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary: $95,000 – $145,000 with retention bonus.
