HR Generalist I

Job Summary Human Resources Generalist located in Blaine, MN, supporting the New Hope, MN site and other locations across the division. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end HR support across the entire team member life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and development, retention strategies, and separation procedures. Responsibilities Lead recruitment by creating requisitions, screening applicants, managing the recruitment process, creating offer packages, and conducting background checks. Participate in job evaluations and job description development, and examine local pay surveys to analyze pay data for wage and benefit review or other compensation programs. Implement talent‑related projects and processes such as talent reviews and performance assessments while deploying best practices in talent management. Administer the Parker global engagement survey at division locations, promote participation, provide access for all team members, and use feedback to initiate engagement action plans. Counsel management in the resolution of employee relations issues and investigate employee complaints to ensure timely and equitable resolution. Lead organizational training initiatives related to HR policies, practices, organizational development, and compliance. Employ analytics tools and dashboards to evaluate talent data, conduct detailed analysis, and extract insights that drive strategic decision‑making. Coordinate annual benefit program enrollment, team member engagement activities, and community service endeavors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business field, with an HR minor. HR experience, including internships, co‑ops, or entry‑level roles. Prior professional, academic, or extra‑curricular leadership experience is preferred. Exposure to manufacturing environments and/or familiarity with union/labor relations is beneficial. General knowledge of various HR or related functions. Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and presentations with varied audiences. Able to build strong relationships at all levels throughout the organization. Strong analytical and technological skills. Action oriented and organized. Conditions of Employment This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements. Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule Competitive Compensation Pay Range: $60,600 to $100,900 annually Participation in Annual Incentive Program Benefit & Retirement Plans Comprehensive coverage for medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision, voluntary optional life, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and critical illness insurance with competitive premium cost. 401(k) Plan with company matching contributions at 100% of the first 5% of pay. Company‑provided defined‑contribution retirement plan with annual contribution equal to 3% of pay. Career development and tuition reimbursement.
