Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Job Description:
Role: Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Validate application functionality, performance, and usability.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Participate in requirements reviews and test planning.
- Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of QA/Testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
- API testing using Postman/Rest Assured.
- SQL/database testing experience.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Preferred:
- Performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or relevant domain.
