Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer feedback and business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related inquiries, providing insights and updates to stakeholders. Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations and improvements. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and project management. Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, articulating product vision and strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or energy sectors. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices. Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset. Nice to have Experience in the energy sector, particularly in compliance and training solutions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to energy management. Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques. Previous experience working with remote teams or in a hybrid work environment. Skills & tools Proficient in product management software and tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Aha! Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
