Honestly, you'll do great, and we can train everything else.What you'll be responsible for:Provide exceptional personal care & hygiene assistance to a group of residents.Engage with each resident by providing companionship and emotional supportAssists residents with medication as defined in medication procedures.Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities.Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.Maintains residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.Pay Rate and Benefits:Hourly rate is $10 - $13 an hour depending on experience with $1 additional for overnight.
