Art Director

Chico's is seeking an Art Director for an onsite role in Fort Myers, FL . This position leads creative execution for seasonal campaigns, helping connect product and brand storytelling across photography, video, and omni-channel marketing. You will manage the creative process end to end, partner with creative leadership and copy, and help ensure every asset aligns with established brand standards. What you'll do Manage the creative process from concept through completion for assigned seasonal campaigns. Partner with creative leaders to develop concepts, align on shoot execution, and oversee asset management that adheres to brand standards. Develop seasonal marketing concepts, initial creative visuals, and campaign photography for all sales channels. Lead, develop, and execute photography and video assets that support brand objectives and maintain brand integrity across channels. Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies in partnership with the creative leader. Lead brand and campaign photo retouching and cataloging. Collaborate with the copy team to keep copy and art aligned to deliver product and brand stories. Create a roadmap of assets being shot to guide teams in building go-to-market creative upon asset delivery. Ensure brand individuality and standards are maintained across all marketing channels. Leverage customer data with customer analytics and marketing to inform decisions. Adhere to production schedules, PLC timelines, and deliverables while helping manage team priorities and time. Stay current on fashion, style, design, popular culture, and social trends in the competitive landscape. Share design and creative best practices to support ongoing growth within the design team. May plan and direct photo shoots, including pre and post-production, and may partner with producers to identify talent and vendors. Develop a brand-right model roster. May develop graphics and layouts for marketing channels and collateral. Some duties may vary by brand, as this position may be found in multiple brands. What you bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work history required. 5+ years on set phot art direction. 3+ years in a creative management role. Strong portfolio showing on set art direction, mood boarding, and creative concept development through execution. 360 points of view in concepting and designing. Ability to develop and execute for omni-channel campaigns. Vertical Retail, Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty industry experience strongly preferred. Ability to develop and adhere to strict brand style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries. Curiosity and desire to learn the women's intimate apparel landscape, the WHBM brand, and customer needs. Experience managing multiple complex creative projects with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. Hands-on approach to concepting and designing. Excellent presentation, communication, organizational agility, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Working understanding of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, including knowledge of best practices and the development process. Experience designing and leading typography using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, with ability to collaborate in Figma. Experience with multi-channel campaign development. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities. Strong relationship-building skills, with experience coaching designers and collaborating across teams. Deep understanding of the creative landscape and new digital technologies.
