Spectra360, one of the top-rated commercial staffing and recruitment firms, is seeking a competitive, passionate Territory Sales Representative to expand our staffing services in the Greater Phoenix area of Arizona through outside and inside sales activities.

Must have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within a service-related industry.

Job Description for Outside Sales Rep:

• Develop and maintain a database of qualified prospective clients
• Conduct Field Calls throughout your designated territory
• Make outbound calls that move prospects through the sales funnel
• Conduct thorough discovery meetings and identify sales opportunities
• Provide detailed staffing solutions customized for individual clients' needs
• Create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and establish terms of service
• Achieve KPI's thru weekly metrics
• Consistently close and achieve monthly sales targets

Ideal Qualifications:

• Must reside in or near Phoenix, Arizona and be willing to commute to the Office 3 times a week
• 2+ year track record in B2B sales in a service related industry
• Extensive experience working with a CRM
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task changing priorities
• Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service skills that develop "clients for life"
