Field Case Manager (RN) – Full-Time, Permanent
Join a dynamic and growing Case Management company that empowers Registered Nurses with greater autonomy over their caseloads—while still offering the opportunity to earn bonuses. We are seeking experienced, self-driven RNs with a background in workers’ compensation case management to make a meaningful impact in the lives of injured workers.
As a Field Case Manager, you will assess, coordinate, and monitor medical care for injured employees, collaborating with healthcare providers, therapists, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:- Active California RN license required
- Experience in workers’ compensation , hospice , or home health preferred
- Open to training ER and Med-Surg nurses
- Background in occupational health or employee health is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid Driver’s License required
