With one-hour appointments, modern technology, protected lunch breaks, and a strong focus on comprehensive care, you'll have the time and resources needed to provide the level of dentistry you're passionate about.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65–$70 per hour

Full-time position (4–5 day work week)

• Flexible scheduling
• Office Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting and assessments.
• Take high-quality digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic imaging.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if certified).
• Utilize diode laser therapy and perform Laser Bacterial Reduction (LBR) when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on oral health, preventive care, and home hygiene.
• Collaborate closely with the doctor to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered treatment.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• At least 1 year of clinical hygiene experience preferred.
• Experience with digital charting and digital X-rays.
• CPR Certification.
• Local anesthesia certification.
• Nitrous oxide certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Diode laser experience preferred (training available).
• Experience with Arestin and Perio Protect is a plus.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
