Job Details Location: 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Facility: Monmouth Medical Center Department: Mobile Screening Req #: 0000252775 Status: Full-Time Shift: Night Pay Range: $48.29 - $65.06 per hour Qualifications Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma One to two years’ experience within specialty Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Certifications and Licenses: BLS Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License Valid N.J. State Driver’s License Preferred: BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire Screening Certification eligibility National Certification Scheduling Requirements Day Shift, 36 hours Essential Functions The Registered Nurse provides nursing care in the health care system within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards and ensures awareness of ethical standards of practice as defined by the ANA code of ethics. The Registered Nurse assures safety in practice and is inclusive of evidence-based practice principles by maintaining a realization of own individual level of knowledge and experience and assumes responsibility for advancing knowledge of self and others of the patient care team by communication with and utilizing resource persons and programs available. Reports identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors. Knowledge of the patient population served. Supervises and directs delegation of tasks to appropriate team members and collaborates with other patient care providers. Consistently sets and evaluates priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement. Individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, utilizes the nursing process to integrate all aspects of the provision of care and individualizes the plan of care to address a specific patient’s needs.
