Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room is responsible for providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of patient types including acute strokes and pediatric cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ER, including triage and stabilization.
  • Collaborate with team members across disciplines for patient care solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an RN in an emergency setting.
  • Current IL RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, TNCC, NIHSS, and ECRN- Region 9 certifications.
