Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible new hires will receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, less applicable taxes, paid in two installments :

• $500 after completing 4 weeks of scheduled work shifts.
• $1,000 after an additional 90 days of continued work shifts.

Bonus payments are subject to verification of completed work shifts and continued active employment in good standing at the time of each payout.

Schedule : Monday-Friday (11:00pm-7:00am)

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

• Must have reliable transportation
