Part‑Time Sales Lead – Market Street, The Woodlands, TX We are looking for a highly motivated Part‑Time Sales Lead to manage customer experience and support operations at our Market Street location in The Woodlands, TX. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering best‑in‑class service and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities Embody company culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and product functionality. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Provide continual feedback to the Store Manager to improve business processes. Strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required, handling items weighing 10–30 lbs. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior management experience a plus. Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and business partners. Ability to work well with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator with the ability to motivate others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
