Senior SMT Line Lead - High-Yield Electronics Ops

You will build and lead the line's operations team and partner with process engineering, equipment, and procurement to deliver high-yield, on-spec assemblies for NPI and mass production. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronics manufacturing with SMT and has led diverse teams across shifts.
