Summary
The State of Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology working on behalf of the Colorado Department of Human Services ("State") has an initiative with the primary objective to explore and plan improved interoperability and integration in business process and workflows, case management, and other related functions across health and human services information technology systems in order to support an integrated and coordinated system of care.
The work under this Statement of Work ("SOW") is expected to be completed by October 31st, 2019.
Objective
Objective of this statement of work is to provide insight to the four programs (ACSES, Trails, CHATS, and CBMS) through implementation of Analytics Dashboards on Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform. These dashboards should provide information to business users about participation across the four programs, specifically based on County, Age Range, and Gender.
JAI Einstein Analytics Solution Approach
The JAI APIs that were built for Caseworker View will be re-used within a new Batch API on Mulesoft Platform, to extract Member data, and transform it to an abstraction of un-identifiable data, then load it to Salesforce. This abstracted, un-identifiable data will then be used to power the Analytics dashboards. Approach and Scope
This SOW is to design and build a set of Analytics Dashboards on Salesforce Einstein Analytics platform, and to build a Batch API on Mulesoft Platform, to extract Member data from ACSES, CHATS, Trails, and CBMS, utilizing JAI Caseworker View APIs, transforming this Member data into an un-identifiable abstraction, then loading it to Salesforce. An Einstein Analytics dashboard will be built to demonstrate the insight into member information gathered from Caseworker View Member APIs. Project PlanDeliverables
Batch API
Contractor will build a Batch API on Mulesoft Platform. Purpose of this batch API is to utilize the Mulesoft APIs built for Caseworker View and abstract the data so that there is no identifiable information, then load it to a custom dataset in Salesforce Einstein, designed for that abstract metadata with Mulesoft batch processing.
StateId List
This is a list of StateIds to extract information for and load into Salesforce for analytics. This could be a very small subset of the State Member population, or a large subset of StateIds. Larger the set of StateIds, the better the analytics results would be. The StateId list to be used as input to the process must be placed at a location that could be readable from Mulesoft Batch Process that is deployed on CloudHub.
Get Member info
Batch process will read the StateId list as input, and will make a request to Member API that is currently deployed on Mulesoft CloudHub. Member API will return demographic information and active case information from CBMS, Trails, Chats, and ACSES programs.
Transform to Metadata
Batch Process will transform this data into a metadata structure that does not have any identifiable information. Load to Salesforce
the process will load the Metadata to a custom dataset for MemberInfo in Salesforce Einstein Platform. Structure of this custom dataset will be identical to the MemberInfo Metadata structure that was built in the previous step. Einstein Analytics Dashboard
An Analytics Dashboard will be built using the MemberInfo Metadata loaded to Salesforce.
