Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Weekends required (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday depending on department need)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services in a short-term acute care setting at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Float between units as needed to support department staffing requirements
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in holiday coverage, with an expectation to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Physical Therapist license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard travel candidate (locals accepted at a different rate)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must commit to all requested time off and scheduling preferences being submitted upfront at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience floating between multiple units or departments
