Sales Consultant | Trailside RV
5 Day Schedule | Guaranteed Monthly Pay | $50K to $90K+

At Trailside RV, we are looking for motivated people who enjoy helping customers and want to build a rewarding career in a supportive dealership environment. If you are tired of unpredictable schedules or inconsistent pay, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

• Standard hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• No late evenings
• Closed annually from Christmas Eve through January 2nd
• Guaranteed monthly earnings plus uncapped commissions
• Steady lead flow and walk in traffic
We create the opportunity. You help customers find the right RV and build lasting relationships.
What You Will Do• Assist showroom visitors and respond to internet inquiries
• Learn each customer’s needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Present RV models and explain features confidently
• Maintain follow up communication using our CRM system
• Support buyers through purchase, financing, and delivery
• Build referrals and repeat business through excellent service
• Annual income potential of $50,000 to $90,000+
• Top sales team members exceed this range
• Earnings grow as your pipeline and referrals increase
• Retail sales such as electronics, furniture, or home improvement
• Hospitality or restaurant service seeking higher earnings
