Our group delivers cutting‑edge electrical solutions for air, land, sea, and space platforms, supporting next‑generation mission‑critical technologies across Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.What You Will Be DoingAs the Circuit Design Engineering Manager you will lead a high‑performing electrical‑subsystem team while providing hands‑on technical expertise. You’ll define staffing needs, recruit top talent, and manage the full employee lifecycle. You’ll also coach and mentor engineers, oversee system design and integration, and partner with cross‑functional leaders to align resources with mission objectives.
