Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

Neurosurgical Physician Assistants needed in the Central Valley, CA area Join a Premier Medical Center and Brain & Spine Institute in the Central Valley, CA area. They are recruiting for three Physician Assistants two with one year or more experience working as First Assist s in a Neurosurgery practice. They have 1 more position for a Physician Assistant who will be office based. The Physician Assistants share call 1-5 for a 24 hour period: one 8 hour OR shift every two weeks. Responsibilities include first assist duties in the OR, facilitating ER and inpatient consults, daily floor and ICU rounds, H&P s and discharge summaries. Should the Physician Assistant have experience with performing invasive procedures such as arterial lines, ventriculostomy , and ICP monitoring this is a plus.
