Hebrew SeniorLife, a Boston-based nonprofit senior care organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School, is seeking a Coordinator, Wellness to support healthy aging for our residents and community clients. In this role, you will coordinate wellness and fitness programs, including group classes, educational workshops, and individual activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will collaborate with nursing, rehab, and social work teams to align wellness plans with each resident’s goals, track participation and basic outcomes, and help support research and quality initiatives. The Coordinator, Wellness will also assist with orienting staff and volunteers, ensuring safe use of equipment and spaces, and communicating wellness resources to residents and families. You’ll thrive in Hebrew SeniorLife’s culture of respect, dignity, inclusion, and continuous learning while helping advance innovative approaches to aging and elder care.
