You bring on-call availability from November through March, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and you report promptly when dispatched. You bring reliable transportation and a phone you answer. You bring the stamina for physical outdoor work in cold, changing weather, on zero-tolerance and two-inch-trigger properties. Who We Are We handle property services for commercial properties in Chicago and across the Chicagoland area. We cover several service categories for the same client, so property managers work with fewer vendors. We move when the weather moves. Last year the first snow came the opening weekend of November. Follow safe operating procedures around vehicles, pedestrians, and property. Report to your route when dispatched, day or night.
