Job Responsibilities: Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, service, and repairs
Communicate findings and educate homeowners on service and replacement options
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Provide a 5-star customer experience on every job
Document work thoroughly using ServiceTitan
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience
EPA Certification required
Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
Must own required hand tools for service work
Strong communicator who values helping customers
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Motivated to grow into a performance-based selling technician role
