Responsibilities Conduct in-home visits for clients, typically weekly, lasting 1–2 hours per visit Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluations for clients Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients Benefit from one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind. Ideal Candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Practice physical therapy with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences Qualifications Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice Current CPR certification and TB test Standard rate: $65.00 hourly plus shift differentials, where applicable.
