Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and according to established protocols

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans

Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working morning shifts, with opportunities for part-time evening and night shifts also available

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin
