Salesforce Technical Architect – Consumer Goods Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to design scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, conduct platform assessments, and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Salesforce health checks and org assessments, providing recommendations for design improvements, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Retail Execution, Order Management, Contract Management, and Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities.
• Establish and drive architectural governance, standards, and best practices across Salesforce implementations.
• Perform proof of concepts (POCs) and develop complex solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, platform governance limits, and business process reengineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certification highly desirable.
