- Double Weekends: $1 Shift Differential
- 10p-6a: $1 Shift Differential
Your Calling as an LVN Charge Nurse: As a leader in our skilled nursing community, you will guide care teams with grace, skill, and a heart for service. What You'll Bring
- A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
