Roles and Responsibilities

Expert programming skills developing back-end cloud applications in Java

Experience with Agile methodology

Should have worked in development and maintenance engagements

Be able to work as a developer across multiple modules/areas

Be able to estimate for tasks/activities at WBS level as well as schedules

Participate in Requirements understanding, create designs as well as resolve team's issues to ensure quality and schedules are not impacted

Stakeholder/Client interactions as needed

Good communication and articulation skill

Quick turnaround of defect fixing

Able to guide junior team members and work with other team members

Primary Skills

Core Java, J2EE, Webservices (WebSphere)/Micro-Services, Bootstrap, JSP, Servlets, XML, SOAP, RESTFUL, Structs / Spring batch, SQL

Secondary Skills

JMS MQ, JPA / Hibernate, Angular, HTML5, j Query

Education Requirement

Bachelors, Masters in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Systems/Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
