Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. The primary responsibility of this position involves communicating with patients, guardians, and Case Managers to collect information for medical supply needs.


Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients and their guardians.
• Collect and manage information required for medical supply needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education/degrees preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Medical supply office experience preferred but not required.

Skills

• Proficient in customer service interactions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements


Shift timing is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
