" The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable and hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, our resort is just steps from the vibrant energy of Duval Street and home to Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen & Blue Mojito Bar. As a Steward, you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary and restaurant teams by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Your work helps ensure our chefs and service teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. What You'll Do Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, Food & Beverage, and colleague dining areas. Wash and properly store all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout each shift. Assist with deep cleaning projects and other Food & Beverage sanitation responsibilities as assigned. Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment during service. Qualifications Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Previous steward, dishwasher, kitchen, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight and remain on your feet for extended periods. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
