Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

$52-$58/Hour + Bonus Opportunities | Flexible Schedule | 3-5 Days/Week

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join a fast-paced practice focused on quality clinical care, patient relationships, and a positive practice culture.

This opportunity is open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates. You'll work closely with the doctor and clinical team while using modern dental technology to provide comprehensive hygiene care and support each patient's overall treatment plan.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and recommended treatment
• Review patient charts and identify outstanding treatment needs
• Collaborate with the doctor on patient needs and comprehensive treatment planning
• Utilize iTero, Dental Intel, and Sota Cloud as part of the digital workflow
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Provide a comfortable, professional patient experience
• Participate in quarterly team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Dental Hygienist License
• Local anesthesia license required
• No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfortable learning and utilizing dental technology and software
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
