Come be a part of the change! 2nd Shift Production Operator Location: Shannon What are your main tasks Operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols. Inspect finished products to ensure conformance with specifications. Observe machine operations and ensure the process is running up to standards. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions. Maintain a clean and safe work area following health and safety regulations. Conduct quality control tests and removing defective products from the production line. Record production data. Collaborate with a team of operators to meet production targets and ensure efficiency. Participate in training and development activities to enhance job performance. Load and unload items from machines and racks. Ensure the manufacturing process adheres to all company and industry guidelines for safety and efficiency. What are your qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Flexibility Good time management skills Great attitude Proficient in the English language both written and oral This specific position is 2nd Shift only.
