Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapy Assistant to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves delivering direct therapy services under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Your role will be crucial in assisting patients to regain their independence in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
This role requires working directly with patients in a healthcare setting, ensuring a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
