What You Bring Must be authorized to work in the United States Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of sales success (pump industry, equipment rental, or related field preferred). Proven track record with reps/distributor management and technical sales. Strong technical knowledge of wastewater pumping and applications. Strategic thinker with a knack for execution and results. Excellent communication skills—written, spoken, and presenting. Comfortable motivating reps, influencing engineers, and guiding end users. Tech savvy with disciplined CRM usage. Customer-first mindset and strong understanding of the Rep/Engineer/Contractor/End User ecosystem. The Lifestyle Travel 50%+—building relationships, winning projects, and driving success. Must have a valid driver’s license with a strong driving record. Overnight travel expected.
