Carrier Compliance Specialist

Position Summary The Carrier Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of carrier data within the organization's TMS systems. This role involves entering and managing carrier profiles, including the creation of SCACs (Standard Carrier Alpha Codes), to ensure accurate tracking and system integration. The role will also perform ongoing maintenance of the carrier database to support operational accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the position provides administrative support through report management, correspondence handling, and data entry tasks related to carrier operations. This individual will work from eShipping's office in Maryland Heights, MO. After initial training, this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three days per week working from the office and two from home. Normal shift is M-F from 8am to 5pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Carrier Entry and SCAC Creation: Responsible for entering carriers into the Jaguar system and creating SCACs (Standard Carrier Alpha Codes) to ensure proper tracking and system integration.
• Carrier Database Maintenance: Perform regular updates and maintenance on the internal carrier database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as assigned, including managing reports, correspondence, and data entry tasks related to carrier operations.
