• Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat clinic hours -- off Wednesdays
• Full-time hours -- rotating weekends once per month
• 10 patients every 4 hours
• All ages 2 years and up
• FQHC/community health setting -- FQHC experience strongly preferred
• Experience with substance abuse and women's health required
• 2 years of NP or PA experience in primary care required
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred

From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
