High-Volume TIG Welding Machine Operator (Fluid Power Assemblies)

Job Description

Build hydraulic lines that keep equipment moving

Help Acloche support a Lancaster manufacturer operating 10 automatic TIG stations alongside manual and robotic cells to produce custom tubular products and hydraulic lines.

Is this you?

Experienced machine operator with a production mindset
Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
Understands production flow and follows safety practices (PPE at all times)
Reads blueprints, schematics, and manuals with confidence
Analytical, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
Physically fit for a hands-on role
Open to mandatory overtime when required
Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework is a plus

What youll do

Set up: clean, calibrate, and ready the automated TIG cell for the days production run.
Operate: control speed and other parameters to meet quality and throughput goals.
Pre-check: ensure parts are properly prepped before welding begins.
Inspect: verify dimensions and features using precision gauges and tools.
Verify: perform periodic operational tests to maintain consistent performance.
Resolve: troubleshoot and correct issues quickly during the shift.
Review: monitor output to catch machine-related errors or defects.
Record: log approved/defective units and keep detailed activity records.
Confirm: enter setup details into the computer to validate correct configurations.
Assist: flex into other departments when business needs change.

Client will train qualified associates on site-specific processes and standards.

Schedule, pay, and location

1st shift: MondayThursday, 6:00am4:30pm (Friday overtime may be required)
Hourly rate: $18.00
Based in Lancaster
