This is a hands-on role where you'll craft beautifully frosted bundt cakes that bring joy to every customer's celebration. Responsibilities:

• Apply signature frosting to bundt cakes with precision and consistency using decorating techniques
• Maintain high-quality standards for cake presentation and appearance on every order
• Follow established frosting patterns and decorating guidelines to ensure brand consistency
• Manage frosting station cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
• Monitor cake inventory and communicate production needs to the team
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborate with bakery team members to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cake decorating, frosting, or a bakery environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
