You will travel directly to clients' homes to deliver personalized training sessions. Regular driving throughout our service territory is an essential part of this position. Service Area: All of Ventura County and the Conejo Valley, spanning Ojai to Agoura Hills, including Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Moorpark, and surrounding communities. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the willingness and ability to travel between client locations throughout the service area.Lead clients. Inspire trainers. This isn't just another personal training position. You'll work directly with clients in their homes, conduct fitness assessments, help prospective clients begin their fitness journeys, and serve as a trusted resource for our growing trainer team. You'll also play an active role in growing our local client base through sales, community outreach, networking, and relationship building.This is a business-building opportunity, not a position with an established, fully booked client schedule. Initially, your work may include a combination of personal training, fitness assessments, lead follow-up, community marketing, business development, and administrative responsibilities. As the client base grows, opportunities for additional training hours and leadership responsibilities may expand. We're looking for someone who takes pride not only in their own success, but also in helping their clients, teammates, and the business succeed.Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hourThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
