Conflicts Staff Attorney | Fully Remote | Temporary

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Conflicts Staff Attorney for a fully remote temporary opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have substantive law firm conflicts experience , including experience conducting conflicts analysis for lateral attorney hires within a multi-office law firm environment . Candidates should be comfortable reviewing complex conflicts information, identifying potential issues, conducting additional research as needed, and clearly communicating findings to attorneys and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• JD and active attorney license
• Strong law firm conflicts experience
• Experience with lateral attorney/new hire conflicts
• Experience supporting conflicts across a multi-office law firm environment
• Ability to analyze complex conflicts information and identify potential business and ethical conflicts
• Strong research, judgment, attention to detail, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload

Details:

• Fully remote
• Candidates may reside anywhere in the U.S.
• Temporary assignment, approximately 3–6 months
• Potential for full-time conversion
• Compensation up to approximately $109/hour , depending on experience
