We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for a hospital-based position working with a mixed inpatient and outpatient rehab caseload. The facility promotes a strong team culture, and new graduates are encouraged to apply .
Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation care. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and treating patients based on individualized care plans
- Completing thorough and timely documentation
- Collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
- Contributing to program planning and department operations
- Presenting in-service education and participating in performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Must possess or be eligible for state licensure
- Previous experience preferred, but not required
